Velora
One bead at a time.
Velora makes flowers and plants from damascus glass beads and copper wire. One bead at a time, one wrap at a time. Each piece takes hours, sometimes days. No two are identical. No two were meant to be.
Each Velora bloom is placed bead by bead, by hand. A single stem can take a day, sometimes longer. Most product photography flattens that kind of work. Crisp lighting, white seamless, surface charm only. None of that was going to do.
The beads come from old workshops, some clear, some milky inside. The copper wire is soft enough to bend by hand, firm enough to hold a stem upright. Each petal is a small constellation, threaded bead by bead. Each leaf, the same. The flowers don't wilt. They don't drop petals. They sit where they're placed, for years. Glass, taught to be a bloom. One bead at a time.
